Cooling and Heating
The Master Bedroom is equipped with two thermostats for heating. One is located at the entry for controlling the baseboard heating, while the other, positioned near the bed, is specifically designated for controlling the floor heating.
The Living room and bedrooms on the second floor is outfitted with an AC system (controlled by remote controller) capable of providing both heating and cooling functionalities. Additionally, there are baseboard heaters (controlled by thermostat on the wall) available as a backup option that can be utilized during particularly cold days in winter.

Multimedia
To operate the motorized screen, you can utilize either the wall-mounted controller or the remote controller, which features an infrared (IR) eye positioned at the screen's upper left corner.

The Roku device is connected to the projector.

We also created an automation that combines both operations😊. By clicking the down button, it will turn on the projector and lower the motorized screen to the correct position. Similarly, clicking the up button will turn off the projector and raise the screen.

Grilling
To ignite the charcoal, kindly utilize the starter containing cubes instead of relying on liquids.
Starter
After each use, it is advised to turn off the valve for the propane grill.
The replacement tank can be found underneath the seating area on the right-hand side of the grill.
We kindly ask for your assistance in maintaining the cleanliness of the grill by cleaning it after each use.
Fireplace
Keep the doors closed while in use. Inside, there's a fan to assist wood burning. To activate the fan, switch on the white button situated on the left side of the fire pit, and then locate the switch on the fireplace itself, as shown in the attached photos. Additionally, there's a wheel switch to regulate fan speed. Once the fire is steady, feel free to switch off the fan."
Sauna
The key can be found on the left side of the ac in the living room

We have installed a remote thermosensor for your convenience, enabling you to monitor the temperature inside the sauna. The first line displays the sauna temperature switching between the sauna temperature and the outside temperature every few seconds, while the second line indicates the temperature inside the house.

desired time duration and make sure that the green light is on.

the pool is open daily from 11am to 7pm.

Please adhere to the 11 am check-out time as our cleaning staff is scheduled to arrive promptly at that time.
If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday, kindly ensure that you move the garbage can to the curb by the street.
Before your departure, kindly load the dishwasher with all the items that were utilized and initiate the cleaning cycle.
